1. Quotations and estimates

This is an estimated transport price only and is not a final quotation. Oversized items, furniture, special goods, collection/delivery circumstances and goods requiring customs duties, taxes or additional processing may be priced separately after review by NASEH Transport UK.

2. Final price

A collection request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. NASEH Transport UK reviews each inventory and confirms the final transport price before collection. An administrator may override the automatic calculation and issue the final quotation.

3. Customs and duties

Customs charges are not automatically included in online transport estimates unless specifically stated. Where customs duties or additional charges apply, NASEH Transport UK will review the goods and discuss the applicable charges with the customer before the shipment is finalised.

4. Accuracy of information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the declared inventory, weights, dimensions, values and contact details. Incorrect declarations may result in revised charges, delays or refusal to transport.

5. Prohibited and restricted goods

We do not transport illegal items, weapons, drugs, hazardous or flammable materials, live animals, perishable food unless agreed in writing, or any goods restricted by UK, Spanish or Moroccan law.

6. Collection and delivery

Collection and delivery dates are indicative. Transit times may be affected by border controls, customs processing, ferry schedules, weather and traffic conditions.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with the final quotation. Goods may be held until outstanding charges, including any customs duties or taxes advanced on the customer's behalf, are settled.

8. Liability

Fragile, high-value and improperly packaged goods should be declared. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
